Dr. Blevins grew up on a farm in Wayne County, KY. During high school he earned Eagle Scout and was the KY State 4-H club president. While at UK he was on the track team. He is currently a member of Somernites Cruise team, an avid car collector, and involved in First Baptist Church of Somerset.
Dr. Blevins is married and has a grown daughter.
